Strain Station Seeds is operated by Strain Station Genetics ("we", "us"). You can reach us at info@strainstationseeds.com.

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through strainstationseeds.com. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

Products

All seeds are sold in packs of 5 feminized photoperiod seeds. The product pages describe each variety as accurately as we can based on the information available to us.

Cultivation outcomes depend on growing conditions and the grower's own actions, which are outside our control. We do not guarantee yields, potency or any particular result.

Legal notice — check your local law

Legislation concerning cannabis seeds varies between countries. It is your responsibility as the customer to make sure that ordering, importing and possessing cannabis seeds is permitted where you live before placing an order.

We ship only to the countries offered at checkout. Seeds are sold for lawful use; we do not condone any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction.

Orders

An order is created when you submit the checkout form. You receive an order confirmation email with a unique payment reference and our bank details.

We may cancel an order and refund any payment received in full if a product is out of stock, if the order details cannot be verified, or if we suspect the order violates these terms.

Pricing

All prices are in euros (EUR). The price of each product is shown on the product page and in the cart, and the shipping cost for your destination country is added at checkout before you place the order.

Payment

We accept bank transfer and card payment (Visa, Mastercard). Bank details or the card payment link, together with your personal payment reference, are shown in the order confirmation email and on the order confirmation page.

Always use the payment reference exactly as provided so we can match your transfer to your order. Orders are prepared only after the payment has been received and confirmed. Orders that remain unpaid are cancelled.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched after payment has been received. Shipping costs, destinations and tracking information are described on our Shipping Information page.

The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the shipment is delivered to the delivery address you provided.

Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers in the EU have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Our full returns and refund policy, including how to make a return, is described on our Returns & Refund Policy page.

Complaints and liability

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something is wrong with your delivery, contact us at info@strainstationseeds.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products in your order. These limitations do not reduce any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes concerning a consumer order may be brought to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariita). We always aim to resolve any issue directly with you first — contact us and we will make it right.
