Processing

Your order is prepared and dispatched after your bank transfer has been received and confirmed. You receive an email at every step: order confirmation with payment instructions, payment received, and shipping confirmation.

Always pay with the unique payment reference from your order confirmation so your transfer is matched to your order without delay.

Shipping costs

Shipping is charged per order based on the destination country and is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Finland: €6.90. All other countries: €14.90.

Estimated delivery times

Estimated delivery after your payment has been received: Finland 2–3 business days, other EU countries 2–4 business days.

Delivery and tracking

When your order ships, you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when one is available for your destination.

Delivery times vary by destination country and carrier. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within a reasonable time after your payment was marked as received, contact us at info@strainstationseeds.com with your order number.

We ship to the countries offered at checkout. If your country is not listed, contact us at info@strainstationseeds.com and we will check what we can do.

Delivery address

Please double-check your delivery address before placing the order. If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you; a new shipment may be subject to new shipping costs.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us at info@strainstationseeds.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and replace or refund your order.
