14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To keep their quality, seeds are sold in sealed packaging. Returned seed packs must be unopened and in their original, undamaged packaging. Opened packs cannot be returned unless the products were faulty, damaged or incorrect.

How to make a return

Email us at info@strainstationseeds.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout, and tell us that you want to return your order.

We will confirm by email and provide return instructions. Ship the products back within 14 days of notifying us. The direct cost of returning the goods is paid by you.

Refunds

When we have received and checked the returned products, we refund the product price and the standard outbound shipping cost. Return shipping costs are not refunded.

Refunds are made by bank transfer to the account you designate, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or different from what you ordered, contact us at info@strainstationseeds.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the item and the packaging.

We will send you a replacement or refund your order in full, including shipping. You do not need to pay for the return of faulty or incorrect items.

Cancelled orders

If an order is cancelled before it ships — by you or by us — you receive a cancellation email. Any payment already received is refunded in full by bank transfer.

If you have paid but want to cancel before shipping, contact us at info@strainstationseeds.com with your order number as soon as possible.
