When you look up an existing order, we match the order number with the email address used at checkout.

We do not see or store your online banking credentials. Bank transfers are handled entirely between you and your bank; we only record the payment reference so we can match your transfer to your order.

Why we use it

We process your information to handle, fulfil and deliver your order, to send you order, payment, shipping and cancellation emails, and to provide customer service (performance of the purchase contract).

We keep order records as required by applicable accounting and bookkeeping legislation (legal obligation).

Where your data is stored

Order information is stored in our order database. It is kept only as long as needed to handle your order, provide support for it, and meet our record-keeping obligations.

Who we share it with

We share the information necessary for delivery — your name, address and phone number — with the carrier that ships your order.

Order confirmation and status emails are sent through our transactional email service.

We never sell your personal data, and we do not use it for marketing or profiling.

Cookies and local storage

This website does not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies. Your shopping cart is stored in your browser's session storage on your own device and disappears when you close the tab.
