How are orders packaged?
Every order is sent in plain, discreet packaging. There is nothing on the outside that mentions cannabis, seeds or the variety inside.
The sender details are neutral and the parcel looks like any ordinary letter or package.
How many seeds are in a pack?
Each pack contains 5 feminized photoperiod seeds and costs 29 €.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer is the only payment method. After placing your order you receive an email with our bank details and a personal payment reference.
Always use the payment reference exactly as given, so we can match your transfer to your order.
When is my order shipped?
Your order is prepared and dispatched once the payment has been received on our account. Bank transfers usually arrive within 1–2 banking days.
You receive an email when the payment is registered and another one when the order has been shipped.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times after your payment has been received: Finland 2–3 business days and other EU countries 3–6 business days.
These are estimates — the exact time depends on the carrier and your destination.
Do I get a tracking number?
Yes. When your order is marked as shipped, the tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation email whenever tracking is available for your delivery method.
What does shipping cost and where do you ship?
Shipping within Finland is 6,90 € and 14,90 € to other countries. You can see the exact cost at checkout before placing the order.
We ship only to the countries offered in the checkout country list.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can order as a guest. You can follow your order later with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
What about the law in my country?
Legislation on cannabis seeds varies between countries. As the customer, you are responsible for checking that ordering, importing and possessing cannabis seeds is permitted where you live.
Can I return an order?
Unopened packs can be returned within 14 days of receiving them. Return instructions and the return address are on our Returns & Refund Policy page.
If a delivery is damaged, wrong or missing, email info@strainstationseeds.com with your order number and we will make it right.
